My name is Annabelle, and I was born and raised in Germany. A couple years ago, I moved to the United States and now live with my husband in Minneapolis, Minnesota/USA. In Germany, I was trained and licensed as a Naturopath and Osteopath. However, upon relocating to the U.S., I had to reinvent my professional path, as my credentials were not recognized for licensure as an Osteopath. While I’m still able to provide services as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, I was faced with a choice: either start over and requalify in the same fields, or forge a new path. I chose the latter and returned to school to study psychology, earning a B.A. in Psychology and pursuing a MSc in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in progress. At the same time, I pursued certifications as an Ayurveda Health Counselor and Practitioner, Health Coach, and Yoga & Mindfulness/Meditation Teacher. With these combined qualifications, I founded Evocative HealthPath LLC, where I offer integrative/Ayurveda, personalized care and services that support the unique body–mind needs of each individual. My current work blends the time-tested wisdom of Ayurveda, naturopathy with modern medicine and psychological science. Outside of the professional passion I love being in nature, hiking, swimming, biking, skiing, I enjoy cooking wholesome meals, I like visiting art, science and history museums, traveling, reading, intuitive painting and being with like minded people. One day I'm dreaming about a dog and learning playing handpan.

Drawing on my professional expertise in Ayurveda, Osteopathy, Naturopathy, yoga, mindfulness, and mental health tools, I offer a comprehensive approach to health and healing and a deep understanding about the complexity of he human body and being. This approach addresses not only physical symptoms but also emotional and mental well-being.
I’ve walked this path myself. When I faced my own health challenges during perimenopause—uneven energy up to depletion, stiffness in the knee joints, frozen shoulder, sleep disruptions, grief, anxiety, digestive discomfort—I felt overwhelmed by conflicting advice: try this diet, take these supplements, follow these rules. It all felt disconnected from what I truly needed.
It was Ayurveda, yoga, mindfulness practices, and mental health understanding as well as nervous system regulation tools that helped me find my footing again.
These same tools can help you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom and create lasting balance in your life.

By combining Ayurveda with mindfulness, yoga, creative healing, and mental health counseling skills, I create tailored recommendations that restore balance and resilience, helping you navigate your unique health journey with increased self awareness, fulfillment, vitality and joy.
Instead of offering one-size-fits-all solutions, the focus is on your unique imbalances, complaints, needs and goals—who you want to become and where you want to be in your health and well-being journey. From there, we co-create personalized integrative recommendations that may include Ayurveda health counseling, mindfulness practices, yoga, creative healing, and mental health support to help you reach your goals, increase awareness, fulfillment, joy and vitality. Sometimes this means adopting Ayurvedic diet & lifestyle changes and herbal guidance. Sometimes it involves mindfulness practices and yoga to cultivate balance in your body and mental clarity. Often, it’s a tailored combination designed just for you.
There is no need to know anything about Ayurveda, Yoga or mindfulness upfront. Just some curiosity and openness.
