I’ve walked this path myself. When I faced my own health challenges during perimenopause—uneven energy up to depletion, stiffness in the knee joints, frozen shoulder, sleep disruptions, grief, anxiety, digestive discomfort—I felt overwhelmed by conflicting advice: try this diet, take these supplements, follow these rules. It all felt disconnected from what I truly needed.
It was Ayurveda, yoga, mindfulness practices, and mental health tools that helped me find my footing again.
